The site is now an independent guide, so the answers below explain how things usually work and what to watch out for. What XE88 is
XE88 is an online casino app best known for its slots. Beyond the reels it also has table games such as blackjack, roulette and Dragon Tiger, and arcade games such as King Derby and Forest Dance. It runs on iPhone, Android and Windows, but it isn't in the official app stores, so it has to be installed from a download link.
Getting an account
You don't sign up inside the app. XE88 IDs are handed out by account providers, and the old page described the classic Malaysian route: message customer service with your name, phone number and bank details, and receive a game ID and password. Topping up
The old process was manual. You sent your game ID and the amount to customer service, paid by online or ATM transfer into the bank account they gave you, then sent the receipt. A few habits make this safer:
- Only pay into an account you have confirmed with the provider you signed up with.
- Keep every receipt and screenshot until the credit shows up.
- Be wary of anyone who messages you first offering "bonus credit".
Withdrawing, or CUCI
CUCI, Malay for "wash", is the local word for cashing out. The old page described it as a request to customer service with your game ID and the amount. After the credit is verified, the money is paid to the bank account registered when you signed up. The minimum then was RM50. Check the current rules and any bonus conditions before you play, since bonus credit often has to be wagered several times before it can be withdrawn.
Your personal details
The old page promised that details stay private except for sharing with the "casino agent". In practice, your name, phone number and bank account pass through whoever runs your account. Give them only what is needed to pay you, and never share passwords, PINs or banking TAC codes with anyone.
